    Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Project Integrator supporting an Intelligence Community Customer.

    • Programmatic functions, such as program control, contract management, etc.
    • Experience in project management initiating, planning, and executing activities to deliver quality products and services to statisfy company and customer specified requirements within negotiated cost and schedule.
    • Possesses some knowledge of applicable business lines/industries and uses sound judgement when making decisions.
    • Defines, solves, acts on, and evaluates issues in making decisions and includes the project team in the decision making when appropriate.
    • Understands the information necessary to provide and receive for projects and establishes the communication channels required.
    • Listens to, comprehends, and expresses idea effectively both verbally and in writing.
    • Defines and documents the baseline for projects, decomposes complex work activities into manageable components, manges the project baseline in addtion to any changes and understands the customer's requirements and delivers a product that satisfies customer expectations.
    • Conducts risk management planning, identification, analysis, mitigation, response planning, and monitoring and control for projects.
    • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, anticipate customer changes, and strive to incorporate changes with minimal impact.
    • Uses the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to track, report and control costs.
    • Effectively manages personnel to identify quality requirements, document compliance and perform quality assurance and control, and is responsible for purchasing or acquiring products, services or results needed from external sources to perform the work for the projects with procurment requirements.


    Clearance Required: Minimum of DoD Secret, must be willing to process up to TS/SCI

    Degree of Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 6 Years of Experience
