    Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Technical Recruiter to support the lifecycle of our recruiting activities for current and future contracts.  The right candidate will be motivated and ready to grow with us, willing to take on the recruiting process from start to finish, and be excited to learn about our company and share their expertise.

    Responsibilities

    • Write, review, and post job descriptions by working with the technical and contract managers and clients.  
    • Use all available tools to identify and source candidates, including, but not limited to, Company Website, ClearanceJobs, ICIMS and social media.  
    • Pre-Screen and technically screen resumes and candidates for clearance information, cultural fit, and technical capabilities against job requirements.  
    • Interview candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc to assess their qualifications and make hiring recommendations.  
    • Follow up regularly via emais and phone calls with all candidates and managers in order to keep everyone aware of their current status and foster long term relationships with candidates. 
    • Manage all candidates in Recruiting tool and support weekly recruiting meeting.
    • Configure, manage and optimize recruiting tools and activities.  
    • Work with company management and partners to present the candidates in order to provide appropriate consideration for their skillsets.  
    • Support proposal activities from a technical recruiting perspective.  
    • Adhere to all general and government contracting regulatory compliance requirements.
    • Format candidate resumes in order to meet client and partner expectations.  
    • Plan and manage recruiting events.
    • Make compensation recommendations, negotiate salaries with candidates, and draft offer letters.  
    • Support the onboarding process for all hired candidates.  

    Qualifications

    Clearance Required: No clearance required but TS preferred in order to support all company activities

    Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 4 years of Recruiting in the Intelligence Community or IC Contract Management experience

    Required Certifications: ITIL foundations desired, Any relevant technical certs a plus.  

     

    Skill Requirements:

    Strong technical understanding and ability to learn new technology fields and information for sourcing and interviewing purposes.  

    Exceptional writing skills, clear concise emails and attention to detail in grammar and all written communications.  

    Exceptional verbal communication skills, ability to rapidly build trust and comfort with candidates.

    Strong work ethic - understanding the ebb and flow of a recruiting environment requires true dedication to the outputs of the job.  

    Knowledge of recruiting regulations overall and for Government contractors.  

    Knowlege of ICIMS, ClearanceJobs, and other recruiting tools a plus.  If not, ability to rapidly learn recruiting tools a must.

    Good Office automation skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, etc.

    Ability to telework regularly (must have set aside office space available to work from without interruption) but attend regular company and client meetings as needed.
