    • Manage NGA’s FOIA/PA/Declassification processes and activities.
    • Perform day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, or delivery
      order projects; involving multiple projects and groups of contract personnel at various locations.
    • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of contract support
    • Develop plans, schedules, and resource estimates for projects and programs using
      established project management standards.
    •  Establish and alter (as necessary) management structure to direct effective contract
      support activities or assigned delivery order projects.
    • Produce plots, trend analysis, and other statistical data for reporting metrics and other
      reports to various entities.
    • Perform, and facilitate records review, declassification, and liaison activities required
      in EO 13526.
    • Provide administrative and substantive subject matter expertise support in processing
      Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) requests and referrals to include receipt, scanning, tracking, reviewing, and preparing.
    • Provide administrative and substantive subject matter expertise support to the
      implementation of E.O. 12951 via the Historical Imagery Declassification (HID) program including scheduling, organizing, and providing in-meeting technical support at all HID Panels and facilitating the research and declassification review of historical satellite imagery and locational metadata.
    • Attend/participate in various meetings and working groups such as the External
      Referral Working Group (ERWG); perform additional assignments/ participate in discussions with the Information Security Oversight Office (ISOO), the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), other members of the Intelligence Community (IC ), and the Federal Government.
    • Routinely visit declassification offsites at College Park, MD and Washington, D.C to
      monitor progress and direct activities.
    • Knowledge of industry practices of film preservations



    Clearance Required: TS/SCI

    Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 11+ years of  experience supporting FOIA/PA program through use of applications on all platforms to include producing and disseminating requested information and finalizing Consultations, Referrals, Appeals, Litigations, FOIA, and Privacy Act requests.


    Required Skills:

    •  Demonstrated experience in utilizing electronic databases to track, store, and process FOIA and Privacy Act requests in the IC, DoD or Federal Government.
    • Experience in Microsoft Office suite software
