    Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Network Voice Communication Analyst supporting an Intelligence Community Customer.

    Responsibilities

    • monitor voice and video operations on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis
    • provide voice and video operation and maintenance support, including:
      • Test and maintain interconnectivity gateways with OGA voice/video infrastructure
      • Provide remedial user training as requested/required
      • Maintain inventories and other configuration management documentation
      • Perform periodic COMSEC maintenance activities
      • Provide onsite support for CMS and JWICs infrastructure
      • Maintain system phonebooks/directories and exchange
      • Provide audiovisual support for hosting facilities
      • Perform periodic inspection and testing of conference rooms
      • Secure Mobile Services

    Qualifications

    Clearance Required: TS/SCI 

    Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience with 1-3 years of professional experience.

    Travel: Required 10% of the time.

    Desired Certifications:

    • HP Networking Certification
    • Microsoft Certification
    • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)
    • Security+

     

    Required Skills:

    • 1-3 years of experience working A/V equipment, secure video teleconferencing (VTC), Voice Over IP (VOIP), and/or network and infrastructure equipment.
    • Experience providing operational support for all voice/video and network environments.

    Desired Skills: 

    • DHS Experience
