    Responsibilities

    • Manage complex interdisciplinary projects related to Voice and Video infrastructure
    • Lead refresh or new architectural projects to enhance or project future architecture
    • Manage complex interdisciplinary projects capability of development, gap analysis, and process integration internal to customer and DOD partners.
    • Gather technical requirements to enable enhance all voice and video services for the customer
    • Independently leads projects and system engineering efforts that span multiple staff area's while balancing competing customer requirements and managing limited resources
    • Develops, coordinates, and presents executive level information, decision, mission, and staff briefings
    • Manage all O&M incident tickets and their resolution related to full room VTC
    • Manage and coordinate all work with Subordinate Companies associated with the contract with regard to full room VTC work.
    • The candidate may provide support to the voice and video operation and maintenance support team to enable their mission, including:
      • Test and maintain interconnectivity gateways with OGA voice/video infrastructure
      • Provide remedial user training as requested/required
      • Maintain inventories and other configuration management documentation
      • Perform periodic COMSEC maintenance activities
      • Provide onsite support for CMS and JWICs infrastructure
      • Maintain system phonebooks/directories and exchange
      • Provide audiovisual support for customer hosting facilities
      • Perform periodic inspection and testing of conference rooms
      • Secure Mobile Services

    Qualifications

    Clearance Required: Top Secret

     

    Degree and Years of Experience: BS degree and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.

     

    Desired Certifications:

    • HP Networking Certifications
    • Microsoft Certification
    • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)
    • Security+

    Required Skills:

    • 4+ years of experience working A/V equipment, secure video teleconferencing (VTC), Voice Over IP (VOIP), and/or network and infrastructure equipment.
    • Experience providing operational support for all voice/video and network environments.
