    Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Corporate Communications Specialist supporting an Intelligence Community Customer.

    The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.


    • The Corporate Communications Specialist shall support the corporate communications program.
    • The Corporate Communications Specialist shall plan, design, administer, standardize, coordinate, and deliver Source communications that support the business process.
    • The Corporate Communications Specialist shall develop, coordinate, and execute a strategic communications plan for Source and develop a program that will familiarize both internal and external customers with the capabilities and services Source provides.
    • The Corporate Communications Specialist shall assess communications metrics and data to inform strategic communications decisions.
    • The Corporate Communications Specialist will also be responsible for crafting/providing briefings and helping other members of the Communications Branch.
    • The Corporate Communications Specialist shall provide peer review of messages, plans,and briefings to ensure consistent, clear messaging that increases leadership and workforce understanding of how Source is evolving.
    • Other duties include:
    • Input for monthly progress report.

    • Project/Concept Plans.

    • Briefings, papers, Communications Documents.

    • Key Communications Messages.

    • Communications Plans.

    • Technical standard operational procedure documents.

    • Trip Reports, as required, if travel is performed.

    • Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) within 10 business days of contract award.

    • Issues memoranda, briefings, design documents, as required.

    • Senior Management Review evaluations and recommendations, as requested.

    • Source Directorate Weekly Activity Reports (WAR), editing and submission.


    Clearance Required: TS/SCI


    Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 15+ years of experience


    Required Skills:

    • Demonstrated experience with electronic publishing and the publication production process.
    • Demonstrated experience with graphics, along with knowledge of how to work with fonts and text formatting to craft engaging, appealing products, for example:newsletters, briefings, corporate emails, website posts, articles, communications plans, messaging campaigns.

    Desired Skills: 

    • Demonstrated experience with PC platforms such as Microsoft OfficeSuite.
    • Demonstrated experience with verbal and written communication andcoordination skills to effectively work with individuals at all levels.
    • Demonstrated experience in standard business application software forpresentations, word processing, and especially spreadsheets to be able to inter-relate and effectively present geospatial data metrics.
