    • Oversee day-to-day business operations
    • Prioritize tasks to ensure that projects are completed by deadlines and streamline processes to maximize productivity
    • Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.
    • Support the development of our strategic and business plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis, and recommending objectives.
    • Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
    • Build company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; and enforcing ethical business practices.
    • Provide leadership at all levels of the organization
    • Build up the company by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and mentoring new talent
    • Manage overhead and leadership staff throughout the organization
    • Define and implement policies and performance standards
    • Assess departmental and company performance and devise plans for improvement
    • Manage profit and loss statements and account for costs and revenues
    • Allocate budget resources for supplies, equipment, marketing, and personnel
    • Ensure that employees follow company policies and procedures.
    • Manage administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations.
    • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.


    Clearance Required: TS/SCI preferred but flexible for the right candidate


    Degree and Years of Experience: MBA and 8 years of experience supporting the back office operations of a Government Contracting firm
