Overview

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Graphic Design Lead supporting an Intelligence Community Customer. 

 

The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees design projects from concept to completion.
  • Leads organization-wide projects that involve conceptualizing, structuring, and presenting information and graphic design.
  • Creates the design and layout of collateral that includes digital signage / web graphics, engravings, print ads, handouts, infographics, posters, PowerPoint visualizations, and publications, created to communicate with existing and potential clients.
  • Works with the Program Manager to select and manage professional talent.

Qualifications

Clearance Required: TS/SCI 

 

Degree and Years of Experience:

  • Requires an Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic design a related field and at least 10 years of related experience. Four (4) years of related experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • 14+ years w/ High School Diploma
  • 10+ years w/Bachelor’s degree

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrates expertise in all manner of graphic design, with particular emphasis on strategic and technical communications.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing creative visual and strategic solutions from scientific presentations to websites to infographics.
  • Possesses detailed knowledge of the entire Adobe Creative Suite / Creative Cloud graphic design software package on a Windows platform.
  • Ability to learn new and evolving software packages.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering the products (designs) which are generated.
  • The candidate must use the services to include: the art of communication, stylizing, and problem-solving using type, space, and image.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing creative visual and strategic solutions from scientific presentations to websites to infographics.

Desired Skills: 

  • Familiar with Adobe Creative design software.
  • Must know how to create and combine words, symbols, and images to create a visual representation of ideas and messages.
  • Familiar with corporate and government design communication etiquette.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment developing and ensuring quality creative designs within tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and innovation appropriate to the assignment and within deadline constraints.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology.
  • Strong visual design including use of typography, composition, and color.
  • Experience with senior government officials and agency directors.
