Overview

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Recruiting Assistant supporting our corporate team. We are looking for a responsible administrator to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide administrative support to our CEO, managers, and employees and coordinate administrative activities.

 

The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Assistant will provide administrative support to our corporate team. They should have strong administrative skills, be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks with ease. Working Hours will be a full time schedule between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday in a virtual environment.

 

The following are responsibilities and experiences the Recruiting Assistant should expect to encounter:

  • Draft offer letters and obtain CEO approval.
  • Utilize DocuSign to send out offer letters and briefing packages.
  • Manage open positions and post externally via our iCIMS platform.
  • Manage distribution of our open jobs report internally and externally.
  • Research upcoming job fairs and aide the technical recruiters in preparation for upcoming job fairs, to include pulling together marketing documents and coordinating with sponsors of the event.
  • Research new places to post our information to engage with different groups of people as needed for AAP compliance.
  • Track full lifecycle candidate checklists.
  • Support the corporate team in the preparation of deliverables and metrics.
  • Assist with researching and setting up corporate events, volunteer events and community give back efforts.
  • Be an active participant in our social media efforts and maintain schedule of social media posts.
  • Participate in weekly meetings (leadership and recruiting meetings) and provide ideas and creative input to our evolving processes.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Clearance Required: Current security clearance is not required, but the candidate must pass a background check. 

 

Degree and Years of Experience: Our ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary, or relevant administrative role.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to express ideas articulately; verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and planning skills
  • Self-motivation with a desire to excel
  • Willingness to explore and follow best practices
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to provide regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and easily switch focus as required
  • Interacting with multiple levels of staff
  • Strong customer service skills

 

Desired Skills: 

  • Familiarity with the government contracting work environment, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Human Resources
  • Strong technical writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
  • Teamwork and relationship building
  • Previous ATS or iCIMS system knowledge/usage
